About the founder
Michael is an experienced project manager who specialises in large projects in business development, operations excellence, quality assessment and improvement, stakeholder management and escalation. Michael is Six Sigma Black Belt qualified, and holds a Master of Engineering from University of Technology Australia, and a Diploma of Engineer Mechatronic from Aachen, Germany
Michael and his team leverage their international work experience across the world and apply their intercultural, multidisciplinary, and responsive project management style to bring in confidence in critical situations often faced by organisations across industries.
